Villa Pintor (painter)- is a well-designed villa with breathtaking views as you are swept by the mesmerising scenery of clusters of pine forests bordering onto acres of rich green crop terraces (mainly of grape vines) with various valleys converging together and forming a plateau that runs down to the town of Moraira. The elevation of the plot and house captures the most beautiful sunsets over the distant Bernia mountain range to the front. The villa is set, along with twelve other similar houses, in a cul-de-sac development well away from main roads and the hustle and bustle of every day life, yet is within 5 minutes walking distance of local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Moraira town centre with its facilities, Marina and beaches is only a few minutes away by car. There is also a wide selection of superb bars and restaurants dotted all over the immediate countryside. A short flight of steps, from the drive, leads you to the swimming pool level and adjoining sun terrace and garden. There is a store room that houses the garden furniture (sun loungers, chairs, parasol and portable barbecue) and the washing machine. Another flight of stairs, from the pool level, brings you to the large covered terrace that looks out to the valley in front and is furnished with a comfortable quality cane dining suite. Large glass patio doors allow you into the villa.

 Originally a small fishing village, Moraira has grown into a holiday resort with a difference. When you holiday in Moraira, you’ll appreciate how it has retained much of its original character and atmosphere, and its narrow and colourful main street. There are many great restaurants for you to try, including eight recommended by Michelin (three with stars). With two main gently-shelving sandy beaches, each awarded an EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness, you can have a great family holiday in Moraira. But, if the beach isn’t your thing, there are three golf courses, tennis, football, squash, water sports, horse-riding, go-kart racing, fairground and three nightclubs. Moraira’s local authority has always jealously guarded the appearance and atmosphere of its town. That means there have been thoughtfully designed villa developments, rather than the high-rise hotels common elsewhere in Spain - in fact, there are no package holiday hotels at all in the area. Instead, beautiful villas hug the sloping, pine-clad foothills, providing many with unobstructed views of the coastline.
