Litoral II is a small development of 8 duplex villas situated up a quiet cul-de-sac and within very close proximity to the beach, town and local amenities. Nearby the property you can find supermarket, kiosk, restaurants, food store, liquor store, clothing store, bars, tobacco store. Playa Burriana beach is the pride of Nerja with its European Blue flag award for safe swimming. It is the largest beach and most famous beach in the area. It is also the most commercial of all Nerja's beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from serving high quality authentic cuisine throughout the day and evening. A visit to Ayo’s is a must to sample the paella that is cooked in the open. Burriana is a wide beach composed of a mixture of fine sand and pebbles, making it easy to walk on. Palm umbrellas and sun-beds can be hired here, there are toilets and showers available and there are plenty of watersports and activities on offer including introductory scuba diving and day cruises along the coast. Along the beach there are a number of play areas for the younger ones. It is a great beach for families and couples.
