The centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants and facilities is just a couple of minutes walk away.

There is a small sandy beach very close to the villas and the main beach of Praia da Luz is on the other side of the Fort less 5 minutes walk away.

The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped, and has its own sunbathing terraces and balcony and a small garden overlooking the sea as well as a side garden facing the pool.
