Monte Lemos Apartment is a two bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of a unique development of 4 apartments. It features a large swimming pool set in mature gardens with sea views in the exclusive Monte Lemos area on the quieter west side of the charming small town of Praia da Luz. The apartment is south-facing with sea views and spectacular sunsets. The centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants, and lovely sandy beach is about a 10 minutes walk away, and much nearer than this is a small supermarket and a selection of restaurants/cafes. The Blue Flag beach offers safe bathing and all types of water sports from May to October. The historic town of Lagos is some ten minutes drive away and has a vast range of restaurants to suit every taste. Palmares Golf Course, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are 5 to 25 minutes drive away to the east, while Parque da Floresta Golf Course is a 20 minute drive to the west. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minutes drive. Horse riding stables are at Almadena, also just a short drive away. Car hire, although recommended for seeing the sights and visiting different beaches, is not essential when staying at this apartment, and many clients manage perfectly well without.

The blue flag beach in Luz is of intermediate size and features two distinct zones - the white sand beach and the rocky cliff. Luz has an amundance of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
